Meet Our Coaches

Michelle

Founder & Head Trainer – Elevate Training & Fitness

Michelle is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, and USA Powerlifting Coach with over five years of experience helping clients get stronger, leaner, and more confident in and out of the gym.

Her fitness journey started long before Elevate — after spending 20 years as a District Manager for Walgreens, Michelle made a complete career pivot to pursue her passion for health and performance. Having lost over 70 pounds after becoming a mom, she understands firsthand what it takes to rebuild strength, confidence, and balance through every phase of life.

Her philosophy is simple: build strength, fuel intentionally, and create sustainable progress — so every client can live a stronger, clearer, and more elevated life.

Jakson

Personal Trainer – Elevate Training & Fitness

Jakson is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach who specializes in strength training and functional movement designed to improve overall quality of life. His coaching focuses on helping clients build real, everyday strength—so they can move better, feel better, and live more confidently.

Before becoming a trainer, Jakson served nine years on active duty in the U.S. Air Force as a Security Forces member. It was during those years that he discovered the true impact of physical training. What began as a necessity for his military career quickly became a passion, as he saw firsthand how strength and consistency could transform both physical and mental well-being.

That experience sparked his drive to help others change their lives through fitness. Jakson brings a supportive, straightforward, and results-driven approach to each session, meeting clients where they are and helping them progress with intention.

He believes in building strength with purpose, helping every client feel capable, confident, and in control of their progress.
